Ingredients

2 lbs chicken thighs, boneless & skinless

2 tbsp harissa paste

1 tbsp paprika

1 tsp ground cumin

1 tsp ground coriander

½ tsp cinnamon

3 tbsp olive oil

1 large red onion, sliced

3 cloves garlic, minced

2 large sweet potatoes, cubed

1 red bell pepper, sliced

½ cup chicken broth

Salt and black pepper to taste

Fresh cilantro or parsley for garnish

Instructions

Season the chicken
In a bowl, mix harissa, paprika, cumin, coriander, cinnamon, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Coat chicken thoroughly. -
Sear in the Nutri-Stahl skillet
Preheat the Large Skillet over medium heat. Add chicken and sear 3–4 minutes per side until deeply golden. Remove and set aside. -
Build the flavor base
In the same skillet, add onions and cook until soft and lightly caramelized. Stir in garlic and cook 30 seconds. -
Add vegetables
Add sweet potatoes and bell pepper. Toss well to coat in the spices. -
Simmer
Return chicken to skillet. Pour in chicken broth, cover, and simmer 18–22 minutes until sweet potatoes are tender and chicken is cooked through. -
Finish
Garnish with fresh herbs and a squeeze of lemon before serving.
