Ingredients:
- 2 large chicken breasts, sliced into thin strips
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp oregano
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- Juice of 1 lime
- ½ cup chopped cilantro (optional)
- 8 small flour or corn tortillas
- Sour cream, guacamole, and salsa for serving
Instructions:
- Preheat the Skillet: Heat the Nutri-Stahl Large Skillet on medium heat and add 1 tbsp olive oil.
- Cook the Chicken: Add sliced chicken, season with chili powder, cumin, smoked paprika, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and black pepper. Cook for 6-8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the chicken is golden brown and fully cooked. Remove from skillet and set aside.
- Sauté the Vegetables: Add the remaining 1 tbsp olive oil to the skillet. Toss in the bell peppers and onions, sautéing for about 5-7 minutes until slightly tender but still crisp.
- Combine Everything: Return the cooked chicken to the skillet, mix well with the vegetables, and squeeze fresh lime juice over the top.
- Serve: Warm tortillas in the skillet for 30 seconds per side. Fill with chicken and veggies, then top with sour cream, guacamole, salsa, and cilantro if desired.
