Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 2 sausages (Cumberland or your choice)
  • 2 slices of bacon
  • ½ cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • ½ cup mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 slice of black pudding (optional)
  • 1 slice of bread (for toasting)
  • 1 small can of baked beans
  • 1 tbsp butter (for toast)
  • 1 tbsp oil or butter (for cooking)
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Skillet:
    Heat your Nutristahl Large Skillet over medium heat. Add a small amount of oil or butter.

  2. Cook the Sausages:
    Place sausages in the skillet and cook for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally until golden brown.

  3. Add the Bacon & Black Pudding:
    Move the sausages to the side of the skillet and add the bacon and black pudding. Cook for 3-4 minutes on each side until crispy.

  4. Sauté the Mushrooms & Tomatoes:
    Push the meats to the side and add mushrooms and cherry tomatoes. Sauté for 3-4 minutes until softened.

  5. Heat the Baked Beans:
    In a small saucepan or in a corner of the skillet, warm up the baked beans on low heat.

  6. Fry the Eggs:
    Move everything to the edges of the skillet and crack the eggs into the center. Cook until the whites are set but the yolks are still runny.

  7. Toast the Bread:
    Toast your bread separately and spread with butter.

  8. Serve & Enjoy:
    Plate everything together and season with salt & pepper. Enjoy your classic English breakfast!
