Ingredients:
- 4 tilapia fillets (or any white fish)
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 lemon (juice and zest)
- ½ tsp paprika
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp dried oregano (or parsley for garnish)
- ½ cup cherry tomatoes, halved (optional)
- ½ cup spinach (optional)
Instructions:

Preheat the Nutri-Stahl Skillet
- Set your Nutri-Stahl Large Skillet to medium heat. Add 1 tbsp olive oil and 1 tbsp butter until melted.

Season the Fish
- Pat the tilapia fillets dry with a paper towel.
- Sprinkle both sides with salt, pepper, paprika, and oregano.

Sear the Tilapia
- Place the fillets in the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes per side, until golden brown and flaky. Remove and set aside.

Prepare the Garlic Lemon Butter Sauce
- In the same skillet, add remaining butter and olive oil.
- Stir in minced garlic, cooking until fragrant (about 30 seconds).
- Add lemon juice, lemon zest, and cherry tomatoes (if using).
- Let it simmer for 1-2 minutes, then toss in the spinach until wilted.

Combine & Serve
- Return the fish to the skillet, spooning the sauce over the fillets.
- Garnish with fresh parsley or more lemon slices.
- Serve with rice, quinoa, or steamed veggies.
