Ingredients:
- 2 large chicken breasts, sliced into strips
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil (or use broth for a no-oil method)
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp oregano
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- Juice of 1 lime
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- Warm tortillas (for serving)
- Optional toppings: avocado slices, sour cream, shredded cheese, salsa
Instructions:

Preheat the Skillet
Heat the Nutri-Stahl Large Skillet over medium heat. If using oil, add it now; otherwise, use a small amount of broth. -
Cook the Chicken
Add the sliced chicken to the skillet. Sprinkle with cumin, smoked paprika, chili powder, oregano, salt, and black pepper. Sauté for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and golden brown. Remove from skillet and set aside. -
Sauté the Veggies
In the same skillet, add the sliced bell peppers, onion, and garlic. Cook for about 5 minutes, stirring frequently, until the vegetables are tender-crisp. -
Combine & Finish
Return the cooked chicken to the skillet and stir everything together. Squeeze fresh lime juice over the top and sprinkle with chopped cilantro. -
