- 1 small onion, sliced
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp smoked paprika
- ½ tsp cumin
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- ½ cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- ½ avocado, sliced (optional)
- ½ cup feta cheese (optional)

Cook Quinoa:
- In the Nutri-Stahl Jumbo Skillet, bring 2 cups water or broth to a boil.
- Add quinoa, reduce to low heat, cover, and simmer for 15 minutes or until fluffy.
- Remove and set aside.

Sear the Steak:
- Heat the skillet to medium-high and add olive oil.
- Season steak with salt, pepper, paprika, and cumin.
- Sear for 3-4 minutes per side (or until desired doneness).
- Remove from skillet, let rest, then slice thinly.

Sauté the Veggies:
- In the same skillet, add onions, mushrooms, and bell peppers.
- Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add garlic and Worcestershire sauce, cook for 2 more minutes.

Assemble the Bowl:
- Divide quinoa into bowls, top with steak and sautéed veggies.
- Add cherry tomatoes, avocado, and feta if using.
