Ingredients:
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (or thighs)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 tbsp butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 ½ cups baby spinach
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms (optional)
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- ½ tsp salt (adjust to taste)
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional, for heat)
- ½ cup chicken broth
- 1 cup cooked pasta (optional, if making it heartier)
Instructions:

Sear the Chicken
- Heat olive oil in the Nutri-stahl large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Season chicken with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Sear on each side for about 4-5 minutes until golden brown. Remove from pan and set aside.

Sauté the Aromatics
- In the same pan, melt butter over medium heat.
- Add diced onions and cook until translucent (about 2 minutes).
- Stir in minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.

Add Vegetables & Broth
- Toss in mushrooms and cherry tomatoes, sautéing for about 2 minutes until softened.
- Pour in chicken broth to deglaze the pan, scraping up any browned bits.

Make the Creamy Sauce
- Lower heat and stir in heavy cream and parmesan cheese, mixing until smooth.
- Add spinach and stir until wilted.

Combine & Simmer
- Return the seared chicken to the pan, cover, and let simmer for 5-7 minutes until the chicken is fully cooked.
- If using pasta, stir it in at this stage.

- Garnish with extra parmesan and red pepper flakes if desired.
