Ingredients 

  • Steak (sirloin, ribeye, or NY strip)

  • Chili‑lime seasoning (store‑bought blend)

  • Butter


Instructions

  2. Season the steak generously on both sides with chili‑lime seasoning.

  3. Add a spoonful of butter to the skillet and let it melt.

  4. Sear the steak 3–4 minutes per side (or to your preferred doneness).
