Ingredients

2 salmon fillets (about 6 oz each)

1 tablespoon butter

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon chopped fresh rosemary

Zest and juice of ½ lemon

Salt and black pepper

Optional garnish: thin lemon slices and fresh rosemary sprigs
Instructions

Heat your Nutri Stahl sauté pan over medium‑high and add olive oil.

Season salmon with salt, pepper, and lemon zest.

Place fillets skin‑side down and sear for 3 minutes until crisp.

Flip, add butter and rosemary, and baste the salmon with the melted butter.

Squeeze lemon juice over the top, cover with the Nutri Stahl lid, and cook on low for 2 minutes to finish gently.

Remove and rest briefly before plating.
