2 tablespoons olive oil

4 boneless chicken thighs

1 small onion, chopped

1 red bell pepper, chopped

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 tomato, finely chopped

Juice of 1 orange

Juice of 1 lime

1 teaspoon ground cumin

1 teaspoon dried oregano

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions

Heat olive oil in your Nutristahl skillet over medium heat.

Season the chicken with salt, pepper, cumin, and oregano.

Add the chicken to the skillet and sear 4–5 minutes per side until golden.

Remove the chicken and set aside.

Add the onion and bell pepper to the skillet; cook until softened.

Stir in the garlic and tomato; cook for 1–2 minutes until fragrant.

Pour in the orange and lime juice, scraping up any browned bits.

Return the chicken to the skillet and reduce heat to low.

Cover and simmer for 10–12 minutes until the chicken is tender and the sauce thickens.

Garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.
