Ingredients

1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined

1/2 cup butter

6 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon paprika

1 teaspoon black pepper

1 teaspoon salt

Juice of 1 lemon

Fresh parsley or green onions for garnish
Instructions

Heat olive oil and half the butter in your Nutristahl skillet over medium heat.

Add the garlic and cook until fragrant (don’t brown it).

Add the shrimp, paprika, salt, and pepper.

Cook 2–3 minutes per side until pink and lightly caramelized.

Add the remaining butter and lemon juice; toss to coat.

Remove from heat and garnish with parsley or green onions.
