2 tablespoons olive oil

1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined

1 cup orzo pasta

1 small onion, finely chopped

3 cloves garlic, minced

Zest of 1 lemon

Juice of 1 lemon

2 cups chicken or vegetable broth

1 teaspoon dried oregano

1 teaspoon dried basil

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions

Heat olive oil in your Nutri‑Stahl skillet over medium heat.

Add the shrimp, season with salt and pepper, and sear 1–2 minutes per side until lightly golden. Remove and set aside.

Add the onion to the skillet and cook until softened.

Stir in the garlic and orzo; toast for 1 minute to deepen the flavor.

Add the lemon zest, lemon juice, broth, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper.

Bring to a gentle simmer and cook 8–10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the orzo is tender and the liquid is mostly absorbed.

Return the shrimp to the skillet and toss to combine.

Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
