1 pound large sea scallops, patted dry

2 tablespoons butter

1 tablespoon olive oil

2 garlic cloves, minced

1 teaspoon grated ginger

1 tablespoon berbere spice blend

1 tablespoon honey

Juice of 1 lemon

Salt and black pepper

Fresh herbs (parsley or cilantro)
Instructions

Heat your Nutri Stahl pan over medium‑high until hot.

Add olive oil. Season scallops lightly with salt and pepper.

Sear scallops 1½ to 2 minutes per side until golden. Remove and set aside.

Reduce heat to medium. Add butter, garlic, and ginger. Stir until fragrant.

Add berbere spice and let it bloom for 10–15 seconds.

Stir in honey and lemon juice to form a spicy‑sweet glaze.

Return scallops to the pan, coat them in the sauce, and cover with the Nutri Stahl lid for 1 minute to finish gently.

Remove from heat and top with herbs.
